Q: All the reviews talk about helps oily scalp and feel of hair after using. Does it help with breakage of fine hair?

My over-processed hair does well with this rinse every two weeks or so. I follow it with dpHUE deep conditioner Gloss+. Much less breakage and my hair is softer and more manageable.

Q: How do I decide between the original or lite formula?? The description doesn’t help me decide. I have long, wavy, fine, hair with some gray.

It’s says right in the description that lite is for fine hair.
