Great service from Mr Dyson
We were struggling to replace our upright DC40 Dyson, which is probably our 4th Dyson. All of the models currently on sale are the cordless versions and we didn't want one of those. I prefer to clean carpets pushing a cleaner. We found this machine by chance whilst browsing Amazon. I had not realised that Amazon sold renewed Dyson. Service was speedy and we had the machine before Christmas. It arrived in a cardboard box wrapped in plastic. The machine is immaculate, it does not really look used. We are impressed with the suction and how it cleans.particularly on carpeted stairs. Both attachments look new. The cleaner is a bit of a brute but that is what we wanted. We have not bought a renewed machine before but are very pleased.

Cleans well
It works well. If you are getting on in years you will find the model on the heavy side to use especially with a thick pile carpet go for a smaller model
