Love these cherry juice capsules. Less sugar than drinking the concentrate. I take one with some chelated magnesium before bed and sleep so well! Also helps with muscle recovery and inflammation.

I only ordered this several months ago because the other brand I was buying was out of stock. I have resumed buying my original brand, so now I have both. this bottle says take I tablet/day. That is not strong enough. The original bottle says 2 Tablets/day. I looked at the concentration on each bottle. They are the same concentration. I would need to take 2 Tablets/day of either brand to get the relief I need. I was fooled for a while, but I realized I was not getting the right dosage with this brand. I could take 2 tablets/day of them, but I like my original brand better.
