They are alright but I'll stick to my usual magnesium tablets. These are a bit too chalky and have a tendency to get stuck in the throat

It's a large tablet so you will need to break it up before you swallow the tablet. The tablet taste of chalk.

Healthy just started

GP suggested magnesium & calcium. Very good value for 4 months supply. Easy to swallow tablets.

This supplement contains Calcium (400mg), Magnesium (187.5mg), Vitamin D (2.5 ug/100 IU) and K1 (37.5ug / 1500 IU). There are 120 tablets in this bottle. At £9 at time of purchase, this works out to £2.25 a month, which is decent value for money.There is no noticeable odour or flavour. They are a little bit chalky which makes them a bit harder to swallow. They are of medium size and are tablets. These tablets are Vegan and gluten-free.

I take a lot of different supplements for my joints and feet issues that I have I take glucosamine cod-liver oil potassium magnesium and a joint tablet called Imove from Lintbel. Would recommend and 80 supplements for anybody who suffers from any join related issues definitely make a difference to your health and also prevents me from taking my prescription tablets then I probably need to do

I should of listened to the reviews before purchasing these supplements. They are huge and even when broken in half they are so hard to swallow due to them be so dry and chalky. Absolute waste of money.

Over the last couple of years it has become more important to have a good immune system. Some of the essentials are Calcium, Magnesium and Vitamin D (mixed with Vitamin K), so at least three separate pills if you need to top-up.However, Natural Answers has an, er, answer (sorry): make a nice balanced mix of all the above into one pill and take one a day before food. Not just a nice balance but also made well and suitable for vegans - which means no animal products are used. There is no after-taste when swallowing the pills (personally I just swallow them without water as I start eating breakfast).The only problem is that they are not small. So ensure that you have some food or drink at hand when you take your daily pill.With that caveat I thoroughly recommend these tablets as an excellent food supplement.
