I bought these for my Sony XM4 headphones. The headphones were pretty comfortable, but my ears stuck out just enough to touch the inside of the cups. These Wicked Cushion ear pads are the perfect replacement. They pushout just alittle bit more, since they are thicker. Just enough so that my ears no longer touch the inside of the cups. They were alittle stiffer at first, but have broken in quickly and are very comfortable.

Its what you're looking for. I didn't even realize how bad my headphones were until replacing the pads. Noise cancelling works again! I guess my ear was pressing the mic into the speaker causing a feedback loop. Always assumed the noise cancelling just failed. Easy installation. You don't need a special tool. You just need a butter knife or flathead screwdriver to pry the clips open. Can't tell how they will hold up over time yet, but they are immediately comfortable and behave exactly as anticipated.

Sony xm4 refresh! Clean. Happy it comes with the inner lining which was getting super dirty and is hard to clean. Very easy to install just pop out and click in the new ones. Pads are consistent for both left and right and fit my ears just fine. I know it will take a little time for my ears to get used to them as with any new cups or headphones. Noise canceling is a tiny tiny bit worse but it's so small I don't even notice and I have a ton of computer fans in my office 24/7 it's worth the extra comfort as I wear these all day for my job. Adding some nice covers makes them even more comfy and will last longer as well as keep moisture from building up behind the ears. The off sensor in the left cup def seems to be covered somehow and not allowing that to function. I think the pads themselves are just a little thick and push a little over towards the sensor. They def line up fine with the sensor. I don't use that feature so it's not a big deal. But I may try some tweaks to get that working if possible.

I like the pads themselves, but putting them on my XM4s, it was hard to ignore how much less the ANC worked, and even with ANC disabled, I noticed the sound was much thinner. Recalibrating the headphones did not help. Ultimately, I went back to my stock pads even though they're falling apart.

Fixed a Squealing issue in my XM4's. I had a high pitched noise coming out of my right speaker. Online forums said to replace the microphones, or headphone cups/cushions. So bought these. Easy to fit, 5 min job, corrected the issue with the headphones and they are like new now. Comfortable to wear and fixed the squealing. Very happy, would buy again.
