Elgato Master Mount L + Flex Arm L + Solid Arm

ElGato makes great stream centric products and these mounting arms do not disappoint. I use them to mount the ElGato keylight and a downward desk facing webcam, but I honestly feel I could trust a DSLR if I were to attach one. Definitely would recommend this product to anyone, but the one fault is that the ElGato premium price is there for those on the fence of purchasing this product as there are probably many cheaper alternatives. Although you will not be disappointed if you do purchase this product as most of my streaming equipment is ElGato and have been satisfied with their whole streaming line.

Bought for a streaming set up and works perfectly. I have my Elgato key light air and my Sony camera with a decent weight G-master lens all mounted on the arm and it feels extremely secure. Great purchase.

I was hoping to use this to support my lumix s5m2x for overhead camera work. The flexible arm will not support the camera, it’s too heavy.I can’t get the ball heads to tighten down enough to stop the camera from sagging the flex arm or flexing the master arm to an uncomfortable degree.The metal feels thin walled and the desk clamp needs to be stiffened. Its very easy to overtighten and bend the back side of the clamp, they need to add material to stiffen things up.If you’re trying to use this with a webcam and some stream lights, I’m sure it’d be fine but as is with my setup, its been relegated to light duty.Elgato has excellent customer support. It turns out that my master arm was dysfunctional and they replaced it without any hassle. They just needed a photo of the issue and the serial/product number.This arm mounting system is meant to handle things like webcams and LED panels. I've found that it left me wanting when paired with a medium-sized mirrorless camera.

It’s better than cheap tripods but not quite as good as professional camera mounts like manfrotto. I think it’s a good product and good price point.

These Elgato products work great. They were made of sturdy steel with no flimsy plastic parts. And the ball and socket joints are studry to.

I like the system, yet overpriced for the weight it supports (barely holds my Sony PS5 camera).

It is a great product overall and I recommend it. My issue is with its distribution.

This setup is useless if you want to rig overhead camera setup, the grips are only built for lights and can't take heavy load. Wasn't able to use my xlr cable itself, so just imagine how you can mount the camera, may be it would work for smartphone but not for a camera. Thought it would but turns out no.
