It's pretty and it's solid but the straw part didn't quite fit. We had to shave it down a bit. Wish the pump gave a little more soap with each pump. Otherwise, fine.

I like the size of the bottle that comes with this dispenser, you don’t have to refill very often. When you do, it is super easy. Just lift off the pump and pore it right down. I put this in as part of an upgrade to the faucet as well. The new faucet has a filtered water dispenser built in on an arm, so the basic little one went away. And this soap dispenser fit in perfectly in the hole where it was.

This is a great replacement part for the original soap dispenser. I the added tube that fits onto a dawn soap bottle under the cabinet.

the straw that it came with was too big to fit into the dispenser. It took me 5 minutes to try to attach it together and I ended up folding it in half, leaving a big crease and bend in the plastic straw. When I could finally attach it somewhat, I pulled it out to look at the end of the straw - which was now squeezed and narrowed after multiple attempts to slowly push it in. I have no idea if it is seated all the way in either! My old dispenser and its straw was a perfect fit and you only had to push it gently and you could tell when it was in all the way.I was so annoyed b/c I really loved this dispenser. It's sturdy, it's metal, it's sleek - all they had to do was to provide the correct sized, plastic straw and it would have been perfect. These little details make a big difference and I was just left annoyed and frustrated that these things are not quality controlled. For a $28 soap dispenser, I really expected better. I'm just hoping it doesn't slide out in the future. And yes, I even tried to use my old straw in this new dispenser, but it was too thick.

After just 2 months of use, the pump has stopped working and is completely useless. When contacted the customer service they say that there is nothing they can do to help which is so disappointing because now I am stuck with this pump which doesn't work and the bottle of the pump is permanently fixed inside my countertop. DO NOT BUY. INVEST in better quality.

I did quite a bit of research in replacing my old soap dispenser. There are a couple things that I liked about this unit over others on Amazon's site. This one is all metal and brass. Many of the others are ABS plastic and only look like metal. Making this unit much more sturdy than the other ones. The other thing I liked about this unit is that it is much taller than the average unit. The part above the sink is over 3 inches tall. My former unit was like many of the others on the site which was much shorter and made it difficult to use. Hope this helps. I have included pictures of the new unit and some of my old unit to give you a comparison on the height. BTW, it took less than 10 minutes to install.
