Does it fit bigger men with broad shoulders?

Im 5’10” 200lbs muscular build. It fits great. Theres an adjustment on the strap for a tighter or loose fit. Super love this bag. Im ordering another for a friend.

Would it work well for someone who can’t reach over the their head and instead used the buckle closure?
