Boil for 30 seconds; lift with spoon, place in cold water a few minutes, put in mouth & bite-down. Repeat to adjust. MEN'S SPORTS GEAR: Use a Fitbit watch to track fitness. Manscaped's 5.0 shavers are popular with athletes to keep chest clean-shaven & groin shaved or at least well-trimmed for hygiene, sports comfort. Wear a traditional jock+cup in full-contact sports like MMA, hockey, lacrosse, but wear a Tonus Elast suspensory jock in light & non-contact sports. It supports & protects your balls from shifting motion & torsion better than underwear, compression shorts or a traditional jock. Simpler, cooler, drier, no leg straps: won't chafe or squeeze & the opening allows a quick pee between sports or workouts. Adjustable waist. Trim-off: excess length & small flap. Easy to mould and it held its shape. And I can actually talk with it in. It has little vents in it and my mouth doesn’t fill up with saliva like it used to with my old mouth guard!
