Will freshly-machined titanium or inconel tear these gloves? I work with coolants and lots of sharp, heat-treated inconel and occasionally titanium.

Whether they tear would depend on what you're doing. I will say that I use these when working on machinery and vehicles and don't remember having them tear. That's a big difference from even heavy duty ordinary nitrile gloves for me, which usually tear quickly and easily. These are completely different for my uses.

Does one size really fit most?

The "one size fits most" fits me well. My palm measures 9" around, 3-3/4" across); my middle finger is 3" long: perfect fit. Not skin tight, barely loose which I think is better for delicate work (ex: using fingertips to turn small nuts on a car). According to the manufacturer, "one size fits most" is equivalent to their 'XL" size.

I am one handed with a "hook" on rt. arm, it tears those thin rubber gloves putting on, do u think these would handle da pull?

I have a big hand and I work as a mechanic and i have to do a lot of work with them . I wearing them all day long and have no problem whatsoever.
