Excellent product!!
I have been using Kitchen Accomplice condensed broth for many years. So easy to use, no waiting for cubes to dissolve, just always ready to go. Taste is awesome. Keeps 6 month in the fridge after opening, even though mine never lasts that long.I am, however, very frustrated with the product being unavailable. I do hope the company can get to keeping up with the demand.I love this product!!!!!

Tasty, so easy to use, a variety of uses for this product is so amazing. PLEASE get this Kitchen Accomplice Reduced Sodium Chicken Broth Concentrate back in stock. Your customers will appreciate it. The inability to get products we love is getting harder and I just HATE this. I know this isn't made in China...thank heavens!

Good to have on hand
I never knew this product existed until I received a small packet of it in a meal prep kit several years ago. We primarily use it to make that same recipe, but it's really good to have on hand when you only need a small portion of broth since most pre-made broths/stock are about 4 cups and then you either have to figure out what to do with the rest, freeze it or it ends up going bad.

As good as the sodium version...
Wasn't sure about this at first since the last time I bought this it was the regular version but am happy to say it's just as good. I use beef broth in place of water for ramen and or noodle bowls which improves them considerably in terms of flavor. The flavor packets for ramen are mainly too much hot spice plus too salty to cover up that there really isn't much in the way of beef flavoring at all. I can add spice using hot chili oil or chili salsa. This concentrate is good economically as well, just about a tablespoon is enough compared to using beef broth since I'm using water plus this concentrate. I totally recommend this brand.

Great Way To Add Flavor To Stocks And More
I've been buying the Kitchen Accomplice broths for over a year now. They have a rich flavor, are easy to use, and easy to store in the fridge. The suggested ratio is two tablespoons of concentrate to one cup of water or stock. I use less, usually one to one and half tablespoons for every cup of stock. That's because while this variety is reduced sodium, it's still quite high at 480 mg per tablespoon. Using less that the suggested two tablespoons of concentrate, I find that my end product is still full-bodied and flavorful because I add it to my own homemade stocks rather than just water. But I also use this concentrate for adding flavor to long-cooking rice. Again, I use one tablespoon of concentrate to one cup of water for cooking rice. It gives just enough flavor to the rice without adding too much sodium. What I like most about this brand is that it has more flavor than just salt. I've tried concentrates and bouillon cubes that smell more like chicken and beef than they end up tasting. Instead of flavor, they just seem to add salt. The Kitchen Accomplice varieties add rich flavor you can actually taste in your end product. The end-cap only dispenses the concentrate when you squeeze the bottle. In other words, you can hold it upside down and nothing will come out until you squeeze. This lets you easily control how much comes out at a time which makes for precise measuring and no waste. There's also no waste when you get near the end of the bottle because you can simply twist off the cap and add your liquids to the remaining concentrate. This Kitchen Ccomplice Reduced Sodium Beef stock is a great price on Amazon as an add-on item. These concentrates retail for $5.99 in my grocery store although I try to wait and buy them when they are on sale or buy-one-get-one-free.This is how I make my own stock: I brown chicken or beef bones in the oven then put them in my crock pot overnight on low. (If you buy a cooked rotisserie chicken, don't hesitate to save those bones for stock too.) I add water just to cover the bones. If you have wilted veggies like onions, celery, tomatoes, and mushrooms, toss them in as well, skins and all. When I see my veggies wilting, I'll even put them in a zip-loc bag and freeze them until I'm ready to make stock. You can add a bay leaf and whatever fresh or dried herbs you like. The next morning, I pour everything from the crock pot through a fine strainer and now I have a really good stock base that has no salt added. When I make a lot, I'll portion that out into containers or even zip-loc bags and put the stock in the freezer for the next time I make soup. When I'm using this homemade stock, I only add about one to one and half tablespoons of the Kitchen Accomplice concentrate for every cup of stock. Adding the Kitchen Accomplice broth concentrate to homemade stock like this is infinitely tastier than simply adding it to water and definitely lets you use less of the concentrate.

Love these broth concentrates
I love these broth concentrates, this is my second time purchasing both the chicken and the beef. The flavors are exactly what I want, I love I can squeeze a bit (I don't measure, lol...) to make a broth or sauce, add more to taste, and they aren't overly salty. I keep in the fridge with the chopped garlic, etc, anything to make dinners quicker (and I hate the sous chef part of chopping everything!). Taste MUCH better than bullion cubes and lasted after the expiration date, I'd love if they came in a smaller size as it's just me, but they lasted perfect so I can't complain. Do I wish they had a bit less ingredients in them? Sure, but that's what I get for convenience and something that takes up minimal space.
