Don’t waste your money that’s what I got it for but as soon as I let go it fell out, not as easy to use as they say

How do you remove it once in

I think you will find they will just drop out,that is if you find how to use them in the first place.. mine came in a plastic bag,no instructions or anything..they are less than the size of a pin head, I just threw them out.

If you have a hot drink, will it become soft again?

Great until you can get to a dentist for a missing cap! and no it won't go soft when drinking a hot drink. You may want to stain it with tea or coffee after making your temp as it's so white. Hope this helps Happy New Year
