I have had gut problems all my life. I’m 78 and even as a child I had constipation, then as a senior I had the runs all the time, so bad I couldn’t eat out. After a week I noticed a difference. Now it’s been about two weeks. Not constipated and no more runs. I am sleeping at least 6 hours a night, before I had to take aids to sleep. My mood is great and so is my energy. I’m losing weight and I’m not trying I’m just not eating; sitting and eating snacks. My focus is really good too. I feel like my body is my friend instead of gaining up in me if that makes sense. I also like that it’s tasteless.

I was pleasantly surprised at how tasty the powder mix is. It has a sweet berry flavor to me and dissolves quickly, which makes taking the dose that much more enjoyable. Outside of the taste, it's effective. It definitely works. I love the way it's jam-packed with tons of CFUs on several strains. I felt after maybe 3 days, the difference in how my body responded to issues I was having related to a weak microbiome. I noticed my bowels are more regular in frequency and consistency as well as, less stomach upset alongside improved vaginal health. I find Nature Target 4-in-1 Probiotics well worth the purchase.

Save yourself the time and money—this probiotic powder actually works and tastes great! My family has a long history of constipation, but after I tried it and recommended it to my siblings, we’ve all become loyal fans. Usually, products work at first and then stop working—but not this one. I’ve been taking it for six months now and plan to keep using it for as long as I can.

Only giving 3 stars right now because I want to make sure there are results before going higher. Tired of swallowing big pills and feeling like they are going to be stuck in my throat so I read the reviews and this seems like a great product. I guess the one I got is supposed to be flavorless. Not going to lie, there is a bit of a yucky flavor. I thought about adding it to the juice but the only juices I like are too acidic and they will kill the probiotics before they make it far enough to work. I will just drink the water as quick as possible. Can't really expect it to taste good. I do like the idea of having better urinary health due to having issues with my urinary system. I really hope it works.

This works great for my digestion and I notice that my dark spots are disappearing or much lighter. Very good product!!
