100 Days of Hope & Encouragement: A Devotional Journal

I have liked every "100 days" devotional that I've bought from Amazon. Great, biblical contect in a quality book. Visually appealing, too.

Great option for switching up your daily devotion routine. Meaningful content & lots of space space for writing & reflecting.

I have to say that I was very surprised & disappointed to find that this book was printed in China! Is there no company located in the USA that could have printed this? I also just checked on 2 other books from DaySpring/ Candace Bure that I purchased and they are printed in China. Will not purchase any further books them!

I usually enjoy Dayspring content, particularly the Candace Cameron Bure line. When I purchased this (from another retailer as a bible and devotional set) I thought it to be an ideal combination and that it would be similar in content and scripture—-wrong. The daily devotionals feel more New Age and woo-woo and literally dismisses-or lacks validation that sometimes things happen and life may not work out as we planned. The writing of this author seemed far inferior than the wisdom and verse selection that of other Dayspring products. The verses in this devotional-MANY of them from The Message (bible I am guessing) are simply paraphrased and the use of say 3 translations for one devotional is off-putting to me. I will be much much more discerning purchasing devotionals from Dayspring and will not gift this devotional as I had planned to do.
