Easy to swallow

I'm on my second pack of these. I've been using them for about 3 to 4 weeks. I perceive a real improvement in my good days. They do make me feel slightly wired, but that could be down to irregular sleeping patterns, fluctuating temperatures, and my adhd. I can think more clearly for longer, and I'm making better choices which are adding up to proper gains.I'm plant based for allergy, and asthma reasons, and as such was keen to find something that didn't rock the metabolic or hormone boat. These are very good, and if the doctor had prescribed them to me, I'd be reporting positives.For what they are, they're worth the money.Update.I'm on my third pack of these. Almost coming up to my period, normally I'm a miserable, bloated, unhappy wreck. I feel decent. I'm 37. I've struggled with inattentive adhd all my life.I'm doing better now that I thought possible.

There are 30 tablets in the pack - but their recommended dose is 2 per day. Just too expensive. Can’t comment on sleep quality as only a few days in.

Am repurchased this product countless am in my early perimenopause it helps me with my mood swings and keeps me calm I can't live without it a bit on the expensive side .

I bought these as an alternative to Prozac and they work so much better with no side effects. The purest company I could find & I notice so much when I miss a dose. No fillers or binders just the product and a tapioca shell. Vitamin D too which is incredible!

i really think these work. i really did notice a difference, and i felt like i was much, much happier when i had them.i haven’t had them for a while now because they are so expensive to buy, and i can’t afford to always get them. and i have noticed that the sadness and fatigue are back with a vengeance!they work wonders, but perhaps poor 24 year old students are just doomed to be sad !!
