40 pads in total. There are 4 PKs and each PK has 10 pads.

Q: can these be used on low air loss mattresses?

My husband uses it on his clinitron fluodize air bed. Works perfectly. I have no doubt that this will also work for you.

Q: How many ounces of fluid will these hold?

It will hold 1000ml of liquid and still stay dry to the touch.

We have been using these pads for years (about 7?) Love them! I use them carefully as we have to pay for them ourselves. I position my daughter accordingly so I can get about 3-4 days per pad. I haven't really noticed a change in quality. We have tried many pads & so far this pad is by far the best. My daughter has Cerebral palsy & is incontinent.
