I started taking these a few years ago on the recommendation of my personal trainer, and they’ve been part of my routine ever since. They definitely seem to help me sleep better and wake up feeling more rested the next day. I’ve bought them multiple times, and the quality has always been consistent.The pills are on the larger side but nothing too difficult to swallow. Just a heads up—they do have a strong smell, but that’s pretty normal for this type of supplement. Just take them and move on! Overall, they’ve been a solid addition to my recovery and sleep support.

Holy Horse penis Batman!! Those pills are huge and dry. Impossible to swallow. I tried breaking them in half but that didn’t work. 2 days in I’ve wasted 2 pills because they got caught in my throat and I hacked them back up. No way will I buy these again.

Love this product if I'm stressed or had a bad day I just take one of these and it just seems like it relaxes me has three important ingredients that your body needs so that probably helps and I usually get a good night's sleep deliver to me very fast and would recommend it
