Some of the reviews had me worried that my child wouldn’t be able to get the bar in her ear, but that’s not the case. I bought these a while ago, and both bulbs on the ends come off. You just wedge it into your ear—put one end in first, push it all the way down to the design, then slide it into the next hole and put both balls back on. There’s no need to cut, break it apart, or glue it together. It’s really just a common-sense thing. The value is definitely great for the money, and the durability is superb. As for the comfort of the piercing, I guess it was fine, but if she has a piercing higher up on the ear, just be careful. Hair and hair products and things like that can get caught on it. The length was great for getting it in, but I did feel it was a little too long once it was in place, as it stuck out a bit from the ear. Great charm as well. The color did not fade either.

Only one bar out of all of these was stainless steel. One bar wouldn’t open and another was too big for my ear. But I made use of the others they just faded to bronze over time. I’m currently down to my last bar however, just a plain one with no design and it’s last me through daily cleans, pool/beach days, and months of wear.

These are beautiful. Great price for the amount you get. Quality is good thus far. Fits perfectly for my ear not to big or small. Easy to swap out.

DO NOT BUY!!! It has nickel in it, i am extremely allergic to nickel and bought this because it claimed to have no nickel in it. I wore one of the pieces for less than a week and it hurt so bad that i had to take it out. When i took it out my ear proceeded to bleed EVERYWHERE. After cleaning the blood up i noticed a small hole in my ear where it is not pierced!! This was caused my the metal rubbing back and forth in my ear.
