Good for diabetic patients esp used regularly.. But be careful,at times sudden drop in sugar levels has been seen after using .

I was a bit skeptical at first because this is my first time trying butterfly pea flower, but it was an absolutely amazing experience. It had a distinct yet subtle flavour as well as the colour was mesmerizing. Other than as a tea, it can also be used in a variety of stuff as a natural coloring agent. Recommended.

I discovered blue tea very recently and settled on this brand after reading many other blue tea brand reviews. Now I can’t go without a cup every day. It’s beautiful to look at, add a squeeze of lime and it turns purple. I love it’s mild taste. I use 3 flowers per cup - found 4-5 as recommended, stronger than I like it.

Unique blur colour of the tea, mild pleasant flavour, absolutely no taste. Tastes like hot water. Will recommend to add cardamom or other favouring agents
