Sennelier La Carte Pastel Pad, 9" x 12", 12 Sheets, Multicolor, 6 Shades x 2 Sheets

It took a bit of getting used to the sandpaper finish (it's not too coarse) and how to blend the pastel, but once you've mastered it, it's a great finished and virtually no need for fixative!

I have to say I dont personally like the texture (that's just me!) but boy, do they hold the pastel well! Due to the rough surface you will certainly use your pastels up more quickly, but definitely worth a go!

Great for pastels : it has such a great texture it is possible to keep loading on the layers of colour.

Excellent quality card but colours much too harsh and the whites are shades of gold and yellow - disappointing
