Finally, I've found a flour that isn'tGMO, enriched with folic acid, and nonhybridized.

This is my first time working with Einkorn flour. I made 2 loaves of bread. One with the Eikorn and one with King Arthur Bread Flour. The Eikorn is the flatter loaf in the photos.Exact same recipe/baking...The Eikorn was seriously stickey and soupy. May have needed more flour as it didn't appear to absorb the water as much as the bread flour did. I will experiment.BUT, the bread was delicious! It has a light cardamon/cinnamon flavor that is very nice. The bread is dense, but moist. Has a pale yellow color to it.The flour came well packed.Haven't used the whole wheat yet. That's next!

This flour is great quality! I've been looking for an organic, all natural flour and finally found one. I've made bread, pancakes and pumpkin bars with it. Everything turns out fluffy and delicious. You don't have the feeling of a full gut after you eat something made with this flour, like you do with other flours. It's expensive, but totally worth it.

it for sure is a lot different than the regular generic maybe GMO or supposedly non-GMO flour at the grocery stores. I only say this because I love everything flour and when I’m actually baking or making pancakes with this, it’s a lot softer very easy to mix in. It’s made of different quality and I would say that the protein content is there for sure

I love this flour and the thought that it is a healthy form of wheat.

A little pricey but a great product. Einkorn takes a little getting used to but my gut is much happier with Einkorn than conventional wheat.

Einkorn organic flour is very healthy, containing more protein, fiber, vits and minerals than white flour.The gluten in einkorn is easier to digest and is less inflammatory than modern wheat flour. I use it exclusively for all baking (1-1 substitution). Additionally, I am happy to support a family owned company.

I made tortillas with it they tasted delicious but became hard after an hour but all my tortilla get hard it’s my overcooking . This stuff is expensive however …. I wear a cgm and my glucose did not go up , I ate lots of meat with my 2 tortillas but not glucose response at all was a huge surprise .
