Good for doing light to medium stretches. Doesn’t have a strong rubber smell. Good length. Nice quality. I like it.

Worth it.
Purchased this device to help strengthen my knee. I injured it doing some minor lifts at a local gym. This has a weight limit of 30-60 lbs (depending on how you fold the band). I think It is a worthwhile purchase. There are instructions on how to use the band.I would recommend you start with light exercise before doing the more complex ones.

Thought it had loops in the middle, but it doesn't. Not real easy to hold onto the strap as it is narrow and a bit difficult to hold on to.
