Customer service is great!
Our first clock that came in didn't work; however, after contacting them, they immediately tried to troubleshoot and coordinated with us to send a new clock. We wanted one with the Eiffel Tower on it and it wasn't in stock, so they updated us when it was ready to be sent to us. This business is very easy to work with. The second clock we received came in today, and I am so happy with it. It is easy to put together, mount, and view. Hurray!

Beautiful wall clock
I replaced a similar clock like this,but this is so much better.Its quiet,colors are vibrant with a pretty red second hand. Numbers are big and of course keeps time!

Would have give 5 star had it…..
I like the clock, but the game changer was looking all though town for “carbon zinc” batteries that the manufacturer recommends.Had to order them because there was no place I could find them. This is a horrible inconvenience. Otherwise, nice clock.

Ouí. C'est bon!
The hands bend super easy and were bent out of box but I was able to space them apart and it works fine. Protip: look at it from side then flatten each hand.Best thing about it is it's SILENT!Will upgrade to something more elegant in the future but this is it for now.

Not quite as described
The clock was described as 14 inches but measures as closer to 12 inches. The 'rustic' affect in the photograph is not quire so pronounced in reality - it is brighter, very white.However it does appear to keep good time and the sweeping second hand is a nice feature. Most important to me is my partner really likes it so it stays.

Issue with item, but seller is resolving.
Nice looking clock, only problem is that on the clock face, the acute accent is over the ‘F’ in Cafe, rather than the ‘E’ !! This rather spoils any attempt at French authenticity. However the seller has offered a partial refund, and has referred the error to the manufacturer, so I’m happy to provide this updated review to take into account their prompt contact and actions.
