Brilliantly written by the author. David Duncan is great story teller and an amazing teacher at the same time. I got hooked to this book when I picked it up. I guess you just can't put it down."The Secret Lives of Customers" helps us decipher, diagnose, and help us understand the root cause of "WHY" someone does business (or doesn't) with us. Anyone who would like to know more about their customers, especially the Customer facing professional (Sales, Service Delivery, Marketing, CXO etc.) - will find this book really insightful. The concept of "Jobs to be done" is enlightening. I simply loved reading this book and would highly recommend to all my fellow book lovers.
