Very neat and very durable

Really nice chain. I did have to return it because I guess I actually need a very dark gray color. I wish I could have used it for something else, but did not need it.

I’ve worn this constantly since the beginning of December, it’s February now , I shower and take a bath with this on. I wear it constantly and daily, and it’s not tarnished or turned my skin green. It’s very strong and well made. It’s got a strong clasp. I did take off one star , because when I first got it , it had a bright golden / yellow color to it that didn’t look real. But as I’ve worn it that had kinda faded away and it looks more real now.

Update: adding two stars to my original review based on excellent customer service. contacted by the company and to make a long story short, U7 gave me a refund for my troubles and sent me another chain. I am going to assume I just happened to get a one off bad chain. The replacement chain is just as nice as the original purchase but the clasp on the second one they sent appears to be secure, got a chance to wear it out and had no issues. Again, the customer service was excellent, I would have no problem purchasing from this company again.9mm rope chain…it has good weight but the clasp is weak. I haven’t even worn it yet, I was literally trying to connect the lobster claw to the other end of the chain and it slipped out of my grasp. the weight of the chain dropping pulled the chain from the clasp. The inside of the clasp is smooth almost like it was just crimped on (not soldered or welded to the actual chain). Such a poor choice to secure a relatively heavy chain. What a shame because it was gonna look good with the pendent I was wanting to use it with.

I had ordered a few of these and do like the 18" figaro 3mm necklaces, got then in silver, black and gold. Decided to get the 5mm figaro set with the 16" Necklace and bracelet but only received the bracelet. Within the last month I had received either incomplete items or terrible packing with damage items, so sad amazon seem to have given up on quality, I don't like having to return items since I have to take them to UPS to avoid being charge for pick up. Please Amazon, do better.

I really love this and often wear it.Bracelet.I LOVE the “cross over” look!As is, I found their bracelet ran too long for my 6" wrist. So, here is what I did to solve it:I had necklace extensions ( a pack) I bought at Joann's store, brand Hildi & Jo. ( about $3).I took a 6" one and attached to the bracelet, lobster claw clasp from bracelet to link on extension (not unlocking again - it is the smaller clasp). Then wrapped the bracelet on my wrist, and crossed-over the extension silver chain, then used extension lobster claw to attach to the jump link on the bracelet.Makes bracelet fit better (13" /2= 6.5" and give it a cute whole new feminine look, I think. I wear it a lot and always like this.Tip: Remember to wipe down chains with a micro fiber cloth after wearing and store in air tight bag, away from sunlight or dust. Hildi & Jo tends to tarnish. (I have read tips to paint it with clear nail polish to stop tarnishing, but I haven’t tried it.)This necklace and bracelet shouldn’t tarnish.Note:But it took a first return to get an exchange that was pretty close to length ordered. The chains seem to run short.

I had high hopes for this as it came recommended by an influencer. The gold version looks like cheap fake gold paint 🤷🏼‍♀️Has a good weight to it, but not the right gold necklace for me. Sometimes I’ve had great luck with gold plated necklaces on here even though the price is low. This one was a miss for me. I will be returning.
