Is this a temporary fix?

I’ve had this kind of patch hold for 25 k miles Had one in for 1500 miles of Baja But I always take the tire in for a professional repair as soon as possible now I trust my tire guys and they will let me know if the tire is unsafe Short answer is that it’s a very good temporary repair

How big of a hole can it plug?

You use the round file tool, included in the kit to widen and clean the hole. Then you force the plug into the hole. I would estimate the hole to be about 3/16” to about 5/16” in diameter. Anything larger would require a patch on the inside of the tire.

Can a tire be fixed without taking it off of the vehicle?

The ONLY reason to buy this product is because you can fix the flat without removing the tire. Obviously you need an air source after you make the repair. I use these on my truck, my trailer, my atv, and my motorcycles. On my truck I carry a compressor. On my motorcycle I carry some nitrogen canisters, just enough to get me to the nearest garage for air. Disregard anyone who tries to tell you otherwise, seriously.

Does this come with Rubber Cement ?

No, it does not come with rubber cement. I have used my Slime 20133 Tire repair tackle kit 4 times in the past year and have never needed rubber cement. All the tires I have repaired have remained repaired. 3 were used on my lawn garden tractor and 1 was used on my 4 wheeler.
