Spoiled with Spider web and insect inside.. worst quality. Packed date is 6th oct so its less than amonth old and having insect and spider web inside seal packed item.. terrible.

Awefuk Product: don't buy
They have ruined the product by first pulverising the whole grain and then making ouffs out of the flour. Zero value, horrible sense of nutrition. They could have done infinite times better by just roasilting the wholegain. Don't touch this useless product.
