The De’Longhi Magnifica Evo is fantastic! It makes delicious coffee quickly and easily, with a rich flavor every time. Very easy to use and clean, and perfect for both espresso lovers and regular coffee drinkers and it looks great in the kitchen too 😊 Highly recommend!

I've had this for roughly a few weeks now, the coffee is simply sensational. Medium or dark roast beans, either way produces fantastic results. I am typically a black coffee drinker so I didn't need any milk compartments etc, and I thought surely this would just mean more to clean anyway - the steam spout is there if and when I need it, however I haven't tested this yet.This is my first bean to cup coffee machine and I am blown away by how super convenient it is. The cleaning when you turn the machine ON and OFF is great. You might be filling the water tank up every couple of days, but so what? It's incredibly easy to do.The downside is that the manuals were awful to use - most of them were not in English so, as I had seen by other reviews, I referred to YouTube to watch some videos on how to first setup the unit, how to adjust temperature and coffee volume, and ever since I've had the best coffees I've ever tasted at home.The compartments are a breeze to remove and clean. I haven't yet done a 'deep' clean but if it isn't straight forward enough to do, I'll update this review to say how I got on. Other reviews here have said about what to look out for, or how to do it best, so I will follow that.An absolutely incredibly unit that, for the price, creates sensational coffee with the touch of a few buttons. Brilliant. Just make sure that you are using quality beans - treat yourself!

The machine looks good on the counter top. The adjustable coffee spouts are handy when filling a medium sized coffee pot and then adjusting it for a small espresso cup. The top of the machine is flat so handy for storing coffee cups. It takes some time to get the coffee flavour just right, so quite a lot of experimenting is necessary. I used up a good 2 pints of milk and around 20 cups of coffee to get a nice flat white to my taste. Fortunately, it's far cheaper than coffee pods per cup so that didn't break the bank. I found Grind coffee beans to be the best, but they are expensive, so will keep trying brands like Illy to keep cost down. Overall, I'd say this was a good B2C machine and good value. Some things I don't like about it:1. The steam spout takes some getting used to. Twice now, I've turned it off, then turned it on to get the milk a bit hotter just to find it shoots hot water into the milk. I've had to throw the milk away as a result. There's no indication that what you get out of the spout is steam or water.2. The machine goes quiet, sometimes for 20 seconds or so. Impatiently I've pressed the coffee button again which confuses the machine, wasting the coffee that's ready to brew. I've now learned to wait.3. When it switches on or off, the machine purges itself of any water in the system. If you don't put a jug under the spout it just fills up the drip tray which will eventually spill over to your counter top.4. The displays don't make much sense to me. The only one I use is espresso, which I double up using the X2 button when making a large cappu or big flat white. The other buttons seem to just make weak coffees. Fine I suppose if you like pointless Americanos or graduating from Mellow Birds.

This machine makes coffee from bean through to finished article, whatever your choice of coffee may be. It takes a bit of mastering, but once you have done that, there's no stopping you. I would look at youtube videos rather than the instruction manual, because that is pretty useless in my view. The machine also looks great on the work surface and draws a lot of comments. Everyone who has had coffee from it has commented on how lovely it is. It's a considered purchase but if you want a lovely cup of coffee and the ability to make coffee directly from beans, this is a good choice for you.

Great idea but stopped working after 5 weeks. Want able to get a replacement has to send for repair been gone for over 2 weeks and still not received a response. Kept saying needed descaling even though I live in a soft water area. Tried to descale but still had to send away.

The media could not be loaded. I bought this machine for my studio, and honestly, it’s one of the best purchases I’ve made. I’ve saved so much money by not buying coffee elsewhere—and the taste is actually better than most cafés!What I love most is that it’s a bean-to-cup machine, which means no tamping—something I specifically looked for because tamping is extra work and can get messy. This machine makes it so simple: just press a button, and you have a perfect cup of coffee.I haven’t used the milk frother yet, as I prefer my coffee black, but it’s great to have the option for guests.Highly recommend if you want café-quality coffee with zero fuss.

Fantastic piece of kit, great coffee… I love it, it’s going to save me a lot of cash … and cost the coffee shops a pretty penny 😎
