Good as far as I can tell
I take a lot of supplements all at once so its hard for me to isolate the effects or lack of one in particular. Seems to work as well as my previous brand and easy to swallow.

I take a lot of pills for my adrenal fatigue, but nothing makes me feel quite as good as licorice root. The effects are nearly instant, if still somewhat temporary: a sudden burst of clarity and calmness. Unfortunately, adrenal fatigue can't be healed overnight. But I certainly do look forward to breakfast, lunch and dinner when I can take these pills. Sometimes I'll lump 2-3 servings together directly before a large workload, post-workout; or before bed. Anytime when peace of mind feels to be the most important to me.Great product.
