Really needed this for our screen door. Cat had figured out how to open the door. This automatic latch helps keep the door shut.

Serves the purpose, could make it easier to find the screws... it was tucked away in the hardware. Also could be useful to have directions.. went to a website to see how to install.

Basic spring tension catch
This basic screen door catch operates smoothly with the right amount of spring tension. It replaces an exact same unit that was five years old. Priced under $10.00, and needing to replaced every 5 years, great value.

They work but no adjusability
I used these to replace some ones we installed about 8 years ago. They work as advertised but they 2 holes not slots to install. It was a little difficult to get them adjusted. Once set correctly they operate as they should. Time will tell how they hold up
