Good jig!
This jig works well for bottom fishing. I got hooked up 3 times in a row on salmon grouper. I tied a squid skirt to the jig and I work it up slow and drop all the way to bottom. Got him on the drop multiple times

Good jig overall.
Will definitely need to coat it with epoxy otherwise it'll all get scratched up and lose its color.Other than that it's been a good jig and caught plenty of fish on it.

Effective on So Cal Bluefin
I replaced the bottom hook with a single 10/0 Jobu hook on a #11 Owner Ultra Split ring, built a single 8/0 Owner Live Bait hook on 475# Stainless wire top hook on a 560# Spro Power Swivel and added a 3'- 300# mono leaderand went out and landed my biggest Bluefin to date, a 100# beauty the first time I used this lure...nuff said

No Hooks, but catches blue fin once you put them on
I bought this jig and was disappointed that it came with no hooks. I bought two sets of assist hooks and put one set at each end. I just got back from my 1.5 day tuna trip, and I managed two 31# bluefin on the after dark bite. I will definitely buy this jig again.

Like Peeled Shrimp at a Vegas Buffet!
You're probably wondering- is it really worth that much money? Yep, it is.I bought one as I was skeptical. This jig is THE jig for tuna at night. I won't fish anything else and now neither will anyone else on my boats. I have no idea why, but the tuna eat this thing like a big man eats the peeled shrimp at a Vegas buffet- Often, Quickly, and All Night Long. I prefer the 100 and 150G.Be careful what assist hooks you use with this jig- there's a wide variety out there, a lot of them will lose the fish that eat this jig. I had some 100lb cable assist hooks on it and a dogtooth bit through the wire. Do some research, those big fish that eat this will break your cheap cord and your heart.Drop it deep, reel fast, stop, reel fast, hang on. I usually fish it on a 25N or size 16 narrow high speed reel with 100lb braid tied to 5ft of 200lb Mono, with the eye down on the jig, 2 assist hooks on the top and no bottom hooks. Especially good when the tuna are feeding on squid.
