Excellent finish and quality
Initially I thought this would feel cheap, but once fitted properly and that's quite easy, it feels very solid and high quality. The drain cover looks fine but feels a little flimsy so time will tell with that, I'll write another report in ten years!

Simple Elegant...totally impressed with Quality!!
The product simply looks classy....and quality is awesome. Attentive n to product design and detail is very impressive couple with the non slip surface. Way better than trays costing double the price. In my view the customer service from Elegant's team is truly the best based on my experience with other companies and they professionally resolved issues arising from builder's mistakes rather than product quality. I have since bought their shower screen also. I am very impressed with the elegance of their product lines. Thank you!

Great product and value for money
You have to bare in mind that installation of such appliances will require some professional/experienced installers help. Because it’s a light weight tray, it could be very tricky to fit them on uneven floor surface. Flat base and sufficient preps work needed. Glueing it down the base another very tricky matter, but should be easily achievable for the installer (as I mentioned above). Other than that, an absolute quality product for a fraction of money compared to the rival pre-cast resin or solid trays available out there

Floods a little
Bit too flat and waste is not great so had to take out the cup from the waste. Would be better with more drop or a lip.

The media could not be loaded. Lovely non slip has a great look ,you need to clean the drain buts that’s made so easy to do
