Good ingredients, but the pills are massive
These pills are huge—more like big discs than typical capsules! That said, they’re made with quality vegan ingredients, and I love the slow release. It’s great for supporting immune and heart health over time. Just wish they weren’t so pricey!

I take Quercetin to help with histamine intolerance. These were effective, but the tablet form is what I didnt like. I totally missed that due to the product listing saying capsules.If swallowing tablets isn't an issue, this is worth a try.

Taxifolin Tablets
These capsules contain Taxifolin, Vitamin C, & Zinc. These are a slow release tablets for extended release. The tablets are fairly large. For me that is no problem, just know if you don't like taking larger pills. I've been happy taking these and would recommend them.

Time release is a good thing
Though the formula appears to be simple it is a great combination & form for the body.I really like the sustained release aspect of this over 5 hours. If I am getting a bit rundown durring a hectic day this should help because it's still available in my system when I need it. I can add one durring lunch if I think I need it for staying on the go thru the evening.The tablet is slightly smaller than a dime but thicker & can be a bit of an issue for swallowing, but I take it with a light breakfast 1st thing in the morning. Haven't had any stomach issues with it. That's always a good thing.So far no issues & haven't gotten sick at all. Another plus.It's a bit pricy but within market range for the forms they use. The expiration is 02/2029

Endurance Products Taxifolin - Vitamin C, Zinc and Dihydroquercetin Tablets are very convenient to eat, and the ratio looks good. I don't know if taking it regularly can improve my immunity.Since I started taking it on September 20, 2024, I can clearly feel the improvement in my physical and mental state. It is rich in various vitamins and minerals with a scientific and reasonable ratio. One tablet a day can easily inject full vitality into my body.

Big tablets
These aren't the easiest to take due to the size of the tablet (I wish they'd make it oblong as opposed to round), but you can cut them in half pretty easily if you have a pill splitter. Other than that, they seem to work fine, they don't give me any reflux-y sort of aftertaste or cause me any digestive issues.
