Q: Anyone using calmingo with their kid? I have a 9 yr old with a big temper...

I think it might be helpful. A lot of anger comes from anxiety. It would be helpful for CalmiGo or even other users to share videos of kid’s using it. I’m trying it with my twelve year old, but she doesn’t seem to get that the goal is low to slow and prolong ye the out breath until you hear/feel the buzz/or see all 3 lights light up at the end of each effective outbreath.
