Somehow I under salt my roasted/fried food half the time and this solves that problem so well. The flakes are large and flaky and have a great taste. I've added it to bread/EVOO, veggies, meat, and more. Solid and secure packaging

Love this finishing salt! Had a small container of this and needed more so I ordered the larger size! Now I have plenty!! Getting ready to make some sourdough pretzel bites and top them with this fabulous salt!
