The EPLO smart toilet was a great choice. It provides great functionality, tons of convenient features and modern looks at a 'really nice' price. But, above all, it comes with an excellent customer service attached. Bought it two years+ ago and the water flow started to diminish, so I contacted them and right away they responded and provided me with a solution to the problem, sent clear instructions on how to fix it, along with the parts I needed to replace in order to regain functionality, at no cost! I greatly recommend this product if you are searching for a smart toilet that brings modern looks and functionality to your house without 'braking the bank'.

My first 'smart' toilet and i like it! Although it says it needs two people, i had no problem installing it without help. Instead of a wax gasket, they are supplying a black, ultra sticky material gasket that works more or less the same as the wax version. The pros: * All the advertised functions worked well out of the box * Flushes well, better than my old Toto * You can adjust all the temperature settings easily with the remote * Many of the automated features such as pre-wetting and auto-flush can be turned off * So far, easy to clean The no so great: * The buttons to flush and activate the bidet are on the side of the toilet and impossible to read while you use the toilet. As this new toilet is in the guest bathroom, we have to instruct our guests on how to use the toilet functions and/or the remote.

I highly recommend this toilet for everyone who loves a comfortable and technologically advanced bidet. Eplo has a responsive customer support email as I had a question about removing the sensor sticker (don't remove btw). Installation wasn't hard, but was as expected. I love all the hands free use. The seat and water temperature are perfect and everything can be adjusted. It’s also quieter than the regular toilets. We had to hire someone for the electrical work because there was not an existing outlet within reach. We also hired a plumber as the provided connection piece needed to be connected to the existing plumbing system and I wasn't comfortable doing this myself. This was an addition to the new bathroom and we are very happy how the bidet looks and works. Highly recommend for anyone looking for an upgraded bidet. Five stars and I would give six if that was an option!

It's a great toilet/ bidet combo, works just as advertised. It comes with a remote but if you have the settings right you don't need to use the remote, it's fully automatic. The seat is heated, the water is heated and the dryer air is heated. Believe it or not, we even find the heaters pleasant in the summer! A word about the FILTERS: because there is no water tank, it uses a water pump to flush. The water lines (flexible pipes) inside the toilet/bidet are fitted with two small filters to prevent impurities to clog the pump. If your water has sediment in it (i.e. if you just had plumbing repair or installation done and there is debris inside your house plumbing system), the filters will get clogged and it won't flush. With a brand new expensive toilet this will lead to frustration! But.. it is very easy to take the bidet apart and clean the filters. If you email customer service they will send you pictures on how to do it. You just need a couple of screw drivers and a pair of plyers. It took me less than 30 minutes to clean the filters and it has been working great since! And remember: long-press the 1/2 flush button on the remote until it beeps to enable/ disable the foot sensor to flush with your foot. Long-press the full-flush button on the remote until it beeps to enable/ disable the auto-flush (flushes when you stand up) feature

Great price for all of the features. Seat and water warm well. Nightlight is bright and works great. Toilet itself is very aesthetically pleasing. Flush is powerful and the kick flush is great. The pre bowl rinse does a great job making sure the toilet remains clean. The remote is a little wonky, it's not very clear at first which buttons do what. The rear wash position is also a bit weird. I find it to be *way* too far forward and I often have to reposition myself in order to make proper usage of it. Toilet installed easy, didn't take any real work. Of course be aware you do need an electrical outlet nearby. So for most homeowners this will involve opening up a wall and tying into an existing electrical source to put in a new plug. You won't need a dedicated circuit or anything, it absolutely doesn't draw enough power for anything like that. It runs pretty cheaply. But you will need to knockout and redo some drywall and tie in some new electricity if you don't already have a nearby outlet.

Love it!! Installed approx. 2 years ago without issue. Aggressive flush, water saving, accurately maintains the water and seat temperatures, lots of features and good looks.

This is by far one of the worst purchases I’ve ever made. When I first got the toilet, I actually thought it was great — but that feeling didn’t last long. Within just a few months, the bidet nozzle literally snapped off, turning an extremely expensive toilet into a useless piece of junk. For the price I paid, this product should have lasted YEARS, not barely a season. What makes it even worse is the company’s total lack of customer service. I reached out multiple times expecting at least some level of accountability or support, and I got absolutely nothing. No replies, no replacement part, no warranty help — just complete silence. For a premium-priced product to fail this quickly — and for the manufacturer to completely ignore their customers — is unacceptable. If I could give this a zero, I would. Save your money and avoid this brand at all costs. This toilet has been nothing but a disappointment and a waste.

I took a chance buying this toilet online because I did not know the company and I am pleased to say that it surpassed my expectations. The particularity here is that I installed it in my Fifth wheel. That also was something I wasn't sure if it was going to work OFF GRID. And it does perfectly. I am very happy with the quality and versatility of this smart toilet. I highly recommend

The toilet was easy for my contractor to install, though he had never seen this kind of toilet before. The toilet doesn't seem to use a lot of water on flush, which I really like. The foot tap to flush feature is the best, as well as the night light - really great for kids as well. I also love the soft close seat and lid. We bought this toilet mostly for the bidet feature but all of the features are really useful. And most importantly, everything can be turned on or off with a button to your specific preferences, this includes: - entire toilet can be turned off - pre-washing (which rinses the bowl when you first sit down) - automatic flushing - seat heating - water bidet heating The instruction manual could be improved, as it's not super clear how to turn on and off all of these functions, however when I reached out to the company, they immediately gave me all the information I needed to set it up how I want. I would highly recommend this toilet. We have now had it installed for 2 months and it continues to operate perfectly.

Very happy with this smart toilet. It is the best investment in my bathroom. This is the second all-in-one toilet that I bought to install in another bathroom in my house. Love its sleek and minimalist modern design and technology, that provides comfort and convenience. Automatic flush, heated seats, nighttime ambient lighting, and a touchscreen remote. Integrated bidet features, including adjustable water temperature and pressure it provides a personalized experience for each user. I recommend it to anyone who is looking for full comfort and functionality in the bathroom.

Ok.Nervous to buy an unknown (to me) brand of toilet. But having loved a previous bidet seat attachment for the existing toilet (broken) it was time to go all in and buy a full shebang ! Our ever funny plumber said this was fairly easy to install needing only new locations for the blot attachments to work with the bracket supplied. Connect water, tighten connections, plug in and test. The flushing starts with a strong under the ring circular cyclone (wow!) then a second very forceful jet from the lower front to empty the tank. A full flush repeats this process twice. Very powerful and better than just about any toilet we have ever owned and should keep this normally nasty zone much cleaner. The general noise level is quite muffled meaning no one will wake up to screaming toilet noises in the middle of the night. The seat is quite long (big guy here) but does lean back a tad forcing your torso to lean backwards a fraction. The foot control sensor is simple cool beyond words, with a double pass to lift the ring as well as the cover "NO Hands required". It's incredibly stylish and modern with no visible massive water tank behind (a small internal reservoir exists). Plumber mentioned highest quality fittings as well. Wanted to close off mentioning we are on a well with low to medium pressure so having the model with an internal tank is better for us.
