Excellent system
Bought this together with the sync module and two mini cameras. I am really impressed with the quality and reliability of the system. It quick and simple to setup and the quality of the night vision is excellent. The app makes it easy to turn the motion sensors on off and set up active and privacy zones. You have to subscribe to a plan if you want all the features but this is no different to Ring etc.

It’s ok and easy to use
Best to use with the blink sync module to save subscription.Warranty is for 2 years, 2 years and 1 month the doorbell stopped functioning completely for no apparent reason, bought another cos cheaper that setting up a new system though.When working though its ok and software is easy to use.

Great but call support if a outage problem
Great when setup and working correctly. Some latency. I suspect same.with all these types. If you have a problem raise immediately and ensure they replace. I only just managed this in time. There is a fault on some where it loses connection I think due to the button affecting the battery mount. Managed to get them.to replace and second unit.work perfectly

Initial setup problems but now OK.
Clearly stated this works only on 2.4Ghz wireless. After the largely automatic setup I experienced long delays between doorbell press and chime. When I examined the settings in my BT Home Hub 2 I found the Blink doorbell listed under 5Ghz wireless. Switching off the 5Ghz wireless temporarily and resetting the video doorbell enabled a 2.4Ghz link and now the delay is about a second.In all other respects the video doorbell functions well with good picture, very sensitive motion detection and represents good value.
