Love it. Was easy to put together. The only complaint my hubby had was he wished the poles the go around the bottom we're like the other ones instead of using bolts. He feels it would be stiffer if you didn't use the bolts

Going on 3yrs and it's held up pretty well through NH winters. I'm going to need a new canopy soon. It's thinning around the roof peak

I need to replace the doors as one of the zippers has become defective.,otherwise the structure has survived 2 winters and monsoon seasons in N Central Az.

This is a fine product. The tarp material is heavy and the poles are sturdy. The tent like pegs that come with the shelter are not sufficient to keep it in place during very high winds. Mine was ripped from the ground and impaled on the clothe line pole. One pole broke and the tarp was torn. (This would have happened with any shelter given the 50 mph gusts) That being said, this company was awesome. Even though they had no duty to do so, they replaced the pole and the tarp quickly. I used 3' metal stakes from Home Depot to anchor the corners and have had no further issues. The product is very good and the company is even better. If you live in an area with high winds definitely consider using extra long stakes to secure it.

This tent is great, but my review is of the customer service. Right after setting this up in Georgia, we got hit with Hurricane Helene, which bent and severed a few of the poles. To its credit, the exterior stayed intact. Upon contacting customer support they were able to provide replacement poles at a very reasonable price and the shipping was fast. It couldn't have been an easier process.

Works great

Needed a quick, affordable shelter option and this did the trick! Not putting vehicles in there, but plenty of room for storing other stuff. With three people, this went up quite easily. The gloves provided were a nice touch, since the metal did get your hands quite dirty.There was a bit of confusion with the two boxes being delivered - Fedex dropped off one, and did not bring the second box with the poles until later in the day. Not at all an issue with the manufacturer or seller - just Fedex being a bit silly, I guess.I've had this up for a few weeks now and it's held up well, including to some blustery winds, though I do have it in a relatively protected area.Overall, I'm pleased!Editing to update: We did eventually need some parts replaced and the process of getting the replacements was quick, easy and affordable (as the damage was not something warranty covered). We had the new parts in hand within days and were able to easily swap them out without taking the entire structure down. Overall, quite pleased!

Item had everything that was needed. I wish it had extras as the canvases made me and and my brother bloody trying to stretch the draw ties to make it work.hivd it 3 inches please lol! We were both bloody after install because of the dimensions were insanely tight
