The product was a defective one. Since the lower portion of it was falling off again and again. It didnt open so , ok ok.

Was a little skeptical while buying this product but is working fine. I have very fine facial hair and I still need to use it twice on certain parts of face so if one has slightly thicker growth, buy accordingly. Overall I am happy I bought this.
