Does actually work on virgin hair, with tweaking
So, my hair is a light-medium brown, and hasn’t been dyed in 9+ years. It’s long, falling to my waist. I used this product as directed and I could sort of tell there was some color deposit but it wasn’t all that noticeable. So I dried it completely, then put the conditioner in for about 90 minutes on my dry hair (and wrapped it up in a plastic bag) and WOW. I washed it out, shampooed and then conditioned it again, and it was a gorgeous jewel toned purple. I was impressed with how it’s turned out and it’s been about two washes since I used any viral and it’s still noticeable in my hair, although not as intense as it was. Given what others had said, I didn’t have a lot of hope that it would do anything, but thought I’d give it a shot as I have always wanted to color my hair fun colors but have been too worried about the commitment and damage it would do to my brunette hair. Definitely make sure to use some leave in conditioner to keep your hair feeling healthy because it’s still damaging but for a very once in awhile thing, it’s totally worth it!

Perfect product!
This is way cheaper than getting your hair dyed all the time and it works perfectly. I do wear gloves when i apply. I hair studio dyed my hair red instead of brown so i use this as my conditioner every few washes and then I have brown hair. Would recommend!

Brown Tahitian Pearl Duo- it works!
I saw maybe 1-2 reviews for the Brown Tahitian Pearl option, so I took the chance and purchased the duo set of shampoo and conditioner. I have never been so happy with toning hair products before! Packaging was perfect and prevented leaking, but let’s talk about how amazing the products are.I’m a natural brunette, but have put my hair through hell… it has seen many colors. I’ve rocked platinum blonde, rose gold, coppery red, back to brown, back to platinum, then black—- yikes! Now I’m back to a level 4 dark brown, but I definitely get red/orange tones showing through. These products not only eliminated all of the orange/red tones throughout my hair, but also added richness and depth of color back into my hair. It actually looks healthier and more attractive than it did when my hairstylist first dyed it back to dark brown!TWO IMPORTANT NOTES: According to Celeb Luxury, Brown Tahitian Pearl should only be used by natural/color processed brunettes who are already a level 5 or darker. Anything lighter and you’ll likely end up with blue/green hair or highlights! ALSO, it’s critical that you use both the shampoo AND the conditioner. I’m on a budget, but I splurged for both after watching a few celeb luxury videos about their products. The toning shampoo simply counteracts the orange/red hues, but it’s the conditioner that comes in and evens out varying levels of porosity throughout your hair, making everything blend beautifully. The color of the shampoo is a deep blue, but the color of the conditioner is a deep brown. BOTH are highly pigmented. Use them both! I promise that the results will be worth the cost! HIGHLY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND!***For anyone wanting to know, yes, this blends your roots in with your color processed hair, but only if your natural root and color processed hair are about the same level. Definitely surprised me
A few things. This product does not stink. In fact it smells good. I have super thick darker hair. This product did work. It was not as dark purple as I wanted but it did work. I had to use it a few times to get a good color stick. It lasted a few weeks. The bad part. It dyed everything. My tub was purple after. And every times I took a shower it left a pink glow to the tub. I used Clorox all purpose cleaner and it came off with no effort after sitting for about 10 minutes. But the pink tint every time I was my hair was the down fall. But I would still do this again. My hair had no damage from the product either.

Maintains my Purple Hair Great!
These products are great for dyed purple hair. I do recommend not washing your hair as frequently and with cold water. This product has by far helped me maintain my hair great.

Very purple
Very extremely purple. Great as a temporary color. As long as you want everything it touches to be purple. Not so good at increasing the life span of color if it is an accent color instead of the whole head. Works good on medium brown hair. It's great and safe for my tween who's hair is too dark for other temporary color options.

I can not begin to tell you how much I love this stuff.
I don’t really leave reviews. But I know there are others like me out there who struggle to keep up with this red, so I had to let others know. I have had bright red hair for about 5 years now. Since the day I started doing it, finding a good shampoo and conditioner has been nothing short of impossible. They may seem good for a while, but it almost always ends with color being stripped, changing the color, quicker fading, etc. Even with only washing it 2 times a week like directed with this color, it seemed to fade fast. I was recoloring every 6 weeks like clockwork. Since I discovered this stuff a couple months ago, it has kept my hair bright and looks fairly freshly colored. I last colored it mid July and it is now Sept 14, and there is still NO FADING. I also use a hairdryer and flat iron, and this stuff puts all the color back. USE GLOVES!!!! It will stain tf out of your hands. I usually get in and wash my hair with gloves on with cool water, remove gloves when rinsed, then put it up in a clip for the remainder of the shower. I work full time and go to school full time, this stuff is going to allow me the time to put off coloring my hair as I don’t have much time.
