Great for the spa!

I've had the product 7 days now, I've been using it consistently for 6 days. This morning one of the handles came off of the curved roller...now I'm wondering are the handles on the cubed roller or the straight roller going to come off as well. I'm not happy with the craftsmanship of the wooden tools if they are going to be falling apart within a week of use. Also, the back massage is poorly made, it hurts more than massages when rubbing against the body due to the plastic coverings on the rope. I'm willing to return for a refund to purchase better made products.
