Battery life is pretty good I have used it at several parties and jammed with it for 4 or 5 hrs solid at high volumes.. Mid's and Highs sound great but not as much base as one would expect is why i'm giving it 4-stars.

Charger port went bad

Purchased the BeFree Sound 12 in September 2023. The power supply stopped working after about 4 weeks. Our return window ran out or it would have been returned. Contacted the manufacturer to get a replacement power supply on Nov17, 2023. Did not hear from them until December 1, 2023. Finally found the information they needed and sent it to them on Dec 13, 2023. It is now Jan 12, 2024 and we still have not heard back from them.Not sure if we would recommend this product since we haven't been able to use it enough to know, but if customer support is important, BUYER BEWARE.

Great for working in machine shop.

I'll start this off by saying that this is absolutely loud enough for a 50-80 person party. It plays over bluetooth, sd card, usb stick, and aux. It has controls on the back, and can also be controlled with the wireless remote. It can work while plugged in, or over battery. It rolls fine, and the handle gets long enough for me (5'10") to feel not uncomfortable wheeling it around. It can very easily be carried with one hand without much effort. A smaller adult would likely not have much trouble with it.- 2,500 watts is a lot of power, and a lot of sound output. This isn't 2,500 watts. I'd be surprised if it were 250 watts, peak. Still, loud enough for my needs.- It is incredibly light, even for a 250 watt powered speaker, even more surprising considering that it has a battery in it.- It has a 2,200mah battery. At low volume, it lasts many hours. I haven't tested it at high volume, but I can't imagine it would last terribly long with a battery half the capacity of my phone's battery. I'm guessing minutes long if it were actually 2,500 watts.- The remote has to be facing directly at the back (controls) of the speaker. Not the front, side, back corner, etc. Directly at the rear, and not terribly far away. It's not quite, but nearly pointless.- There is a voice that plays over the speaker when an action is performed (play, pause, mute). The voice is at the same volume as the speaker. I don't need a voice screaming what I did; the music stopping, starting, or muting is the only indicator I need.Overall, it was a decent purchase at the price I paid for what I actually received.

The media could not be loaded. It's going to work great for our party, the sound is good. I plan to buy a stand and it's going to be perfect.

For the price I expected a higher quality sound.
