I would give this thing 7 stars if I could.I'm not ashamed to admit it, but after celebrating the big 4-0 I've noticed that when celebrating with lots of alcoholic entertainment, celebrating later in the sack with the other half is becoming less and less of an act to be celebrated. A buddy of mine of the same age recommended I get my hands on some generic Viagra, which is now available for dirt cheap in the form of 20mg Sildenafil pills. And now, I can party like I'm 21 years young and alls I need to do is pop two of those bad boys and it's 1999 again over again in the bedroom.The only problem is finding the perfect thing to carry those tiny little pills in.I've had a number of keychain pill fobs over the years to carry different pills, made of different plastic or metal materials, but I always found them just a little too bulky or finicky. The plastic ones were too big and noisy with the pills rattling around, the metal ones would eventually rust, both would eventual break and all were eventually just thrown away. I searched Amazon and had previously bought a couple of metal pill fobs that were just too bulky; I had seen this particular brand and initially dismissed it due to cost, but I am SO GLAD I ended up paying the difference because you simply cannot compare anything else to the GUS pill fob.The second you handle this fob, you'll feel the difference. It's got substantial weight to it, and it is TOUGH. You could literally run this thing over with a truck repeatedly and not smash it. The threads and o-ring seal are tight, never come undone and this thing is SMALL. For those of you who haven't seen the tiny 20mg sildenafil pills, they're probably 2mm in diameter and I easily fit about ten of them in this thing, yet the fob is so small and unassuming that nobody even notices it on my keychain. This is NOT for people who need to carry multivitamins, gelcaps or those horsepills that vegan healthfreaks are always buying at Whole Foods. This is for tiny pills and it works wonderfully. After getting sloshed at the craft pub I can slip away to the men's room, unscrew my GUS fob, shake out a couple of little white pills and use the top cover to catch them and toss them in my mouth and by the time I get home it's like Boogie Nights up in my condo. I absolutely love this thing. If you're on the fence, believe me: IT'S WORTH THE EXTRA MONEY.All men above 40 should own this thing.

Best pill fob on Amazon that is this small.. the quality is noticeable the moment you first hold it. This is really water and air tight and out of the small containers ice used this one has the most solid feeling seal when closed. Even so, I still always add some ptfe tape to the threads of my containers to double down on the seal. Another little tip I just discovered recently with this or any small pill container is to add a plant fiber desiccant on either the bottom or inside the cap, cut to shape for a tight fit. They don't make silica gel packs small enough for a pill fob this sized and silica is not good to be in direct contact with something you plan on ingesting. By that I mean silica gel packs sometimes tear open and come in contact with sensitive substances. Plant fiber desiccant is food safe and a smooth solid surface so even powders or crushed pills won't stick to them. Next to my dango capsule,which was my smallest pill fob for a long time, it's almost half the size. And I appreciate that, it earns the micro title and can be hidden away anywhere. One thing my ultem capsule still has a use for is it's not metal so can be snuck past any metal detectors. But other than that this gus is my new edc for life. Also the most handsome aesthetic looking pill fob. Feels and looks so good you won't want to leave home without it. Makes the dango capsule look tacky when side by side. Use as needed in style

I was scared it was gonna be too small so I bought this one and the one that is one size bigger. I take 2 10mg OxyContin and 3 10mg Oxycodone each day. It DOES hold a full days worth of medicine for me. I actually put 5 of the OxyContin inside of it just to see if it would fit since it’s the bigger of the two medications. And it did! It held my regular daily dose with a little room left. I also put it beside a spent 9mm casing to try to give you some kind of size chart you could compare it to. This pill holder will definitely hold more than one of those bullet shaped holders. This pill holder is made of top notch material, it is SOLID! I’m very impressed with the quality. It is also small enough to wear around your neck without it being bothersome. I hoped that this review has helped you out to make your decision. Lord knows It took a long time for me to find out which pill holder that I thought was the best on the market, and still small enough to carry on me 24/7. This product is really great. It is very sturdy and well manufactured. I recently had to start taking a medication twice a day. After the first month I realized I would forget to bring my medicine if I would be away from the house at the time I'm supposed to take it. This is the perfect option to add to my keys, it's small in size and was not intrusive which is exactly what I needed and was looking for. I went with this product instead of the alternatives because of the lifetime warranty and great reviews. I see how well the product is made and have confidence it should last for many years to come.
