Only day three and I am thrilled with what I see! Usually around mid-May my ankles start to swell. As the temperatures and humidity rise, my ankles inflate to a point where I can’t even bend them. I just got my bottles yesterday. I have edema around my ankles it seems since I put on an insane amount of weight. I went from 180 to 215 pounds. I am 5 ft 8 inches tall. I don’t normally leave reviews yet I tend to love reading other people’s opinions. I always go to the negative reviews first. Looking at some similar products, ppl complained about cramping but I noticed someone’s suggestion about drinking lots of water which I did. I just delivered enough #2 in the loo that it was like the size of a baby. In all my 50 years I have never seen so much stuff leave my body. Holy 💩. I had to tell you about it. I feel lighter and resting like someone who has just given birth 😅I waiting on the rest of my order to be delivered. I got almost the entire product line because I ain’t playing around. This is some good stuff

I really like these for water retention. It makes me go more often but I don’t feel sudden unexpected urges. Very natural. Great so far!

Probably my fault not drinking enough water when I tried them, but only took one pill and that night I had terrible leg cramps. I may try again- only after drinking a ton of water.
