The old mechanical for my uncle finally gave out. I needed a typewriter with Spanish keyboard layout, could not find a good used option locally so we bought this. Very easy to set up and use right away, uncle is super happy with it. There are plenty of advanced features that he does not use, he types away, it works great, and was easy for him to learn the basics. Had it a month now, all is good.
