Beautiful birthday decor
Everything arrived as pictured and the quality was great. I didn’t use the balloons so my review is just for the cake topper and banners. Highly recommend!

nice but rainbow balloon was a headache
everything was great BUT the rainbow balloon was a pain!!!! the amount of tape i had to use to put everything into place is insane but if you know what you’re doing you should be fine

Turned out fabulous!
The reviews were not great when I read over them but I still ordered anyway and I’m so super happy I did !!!!! It was a lot of work but turned out so, so, so super cute !!!!! My daughter LOVED it! I would recommend an extra little bag of small white balloons.Turned out so cute !!!!

Cute, but lacking
This was a cute set, but the quality was lacking. The rainbow balloons were too hard to blow up. The banner was very thin and hard to hang up. While this was an affordable decoration set, I would purchase something else for next time.

Seems like great quality!
I was unable to actually set up the display as intended, because I didn't have a balloon pump for the long balloons.HOWEVER, the balloons felt like good quality, I did blow up some regular balloons and they were cute pastels.The banners and cake topper were great!

Perfect pastel rainbow decorations
My daughter asked for a rainbow birthday party and these were the perfect pastel rainbow decorations I was looking for. My daughter loved it! Note there is a video in the images for the product that gives directions on how to make the balloon rainbow. You do need a balloon pump and I found balloon sticky dots and balloon flower clips to be helpful.
