Traxxas5446G Exo-Carbon Wing Revo

The media could not be loaded.  After reading the reviews I thought mabe I should cancel my order do to everyone complaining about the quality of the carbon fiber wrap and how it chipped in spots….I can say from what I observed I like it

This is a phenomenal looking wing don't get me wrong, but if your E Revo is a basher like mine is, I would not suggest getting this wing, the carbon is like a vinal wrap on it and comes off easily if the wing is abused. But if you want this to display your E Revo, then by all means buy it, it looks fantastic its just not as durable as I was hoping.

At double the price of the normal black plastic wing, this thing looks cool... until you bash itThe carbon fiber plastic wrap on the outside unadheres and comes off at the first sight of bashing. Save your money and just get 2 of the normal black plastic ones for when it inevitably breaks (as all things on bashers do lol)

I returned the first shipment due to the many chips of "carbon" that had fallen off before I opened the shipping box. No packaging and no decals. The second wing I received was brand new complete and beautiful. All who viewed the wing thought it was extremely cool looking.However, as it is well documented in other reviews, this wing doesn't last with the carbon look. I rolled only one time and many large chips of "carbon" fell away from the wing. Now it looked like crap, although under the chips is a new wing, black in color. So, I'll keep it because a deal is a deal, and I rolled my RC.Bottom line, to dress up an RC such as the E-Revo VXL 2.0 and keep it on the shelf, this is the right product.Driving, Bashing, Racing etc. forget it. This Wing will not last if using on the street or dirt, OR at the track.

Alright, I rated it four stars for a few reasons, First of all, I got it, It fit very well, installed it on my truck, But then the body wouldnt fit.. I checked it out, and it still wouldn't fit. You have to cut your body to make it fit.. I was fine with that, It looks amazing. So then I fire up my Revo 3.3 (5309) and go out in the snow, after one cartwheel in the snow.. like.. 5 inches of powder on the grass, The wing cracked in 4 places and the carbon fiber shelling stuff started to crack and peel off. very dissapointing. THIS WING IS NOT CARBON FIBER! IT'S PLASTIC WITH A CARBON FIBER THICK PAINTING ON IT.UPDATE-----I was driving my truck and took a corner a little too sharp, Rolled my truck, So I went to flip it back over and the wing was broken in 3 spots 1 on each side and 1 were the screw hole is all the way through, WOW.. What a joke. I called traxxas and they said they would gladly replace it. So I waited for a email, 1 week later they tell me its on backorder for a few months. Don't buy this wing if you tend to flip or bash alot. It's mainly for looks.

This looks great but it’s just a covering over plastic. It will chip off. I sent it back. My honest opinion without compensation. If you find this helpful please leave a thumbs up.

Carbon platzt schnell ab,würde ich mir nicht mehr kaufen 👎

That wing was waste of money. "Carbon" finish chipped off in my palm while I was mounting it (see attached pictures). Couldn't even make a first ride or put stickers on it.
