My husband has some food sensitivities that cause him lots of gas. These pills allow him to have the food he loves beer and gluten (in small doses) without the yucky side effects.

No side effects and effective in giving me the enzymes I need I’d I suspect I’ve come in contact w/dairy or gluten at a restaurant or visiting dining at someone else’s home cooking. These pills lasts long since I deliberately avoid gluten and on special occasion only will I eat dairy (holidays bc gluten free & dairy free max doesn’t go! Gluten free mac n’ cheese but not dairy free)

Helpful supplement pre-meals to aid with digestion.

I haven't noticed a difference to not taking any… But I will try again and update if it changes.

My daughter has dairy allergy, getting a stomach-ache almost immediately after eating anything w/ butter, milk, non-aged cheese, etc, etc,...which is basically any/all food, breakfast/lunch/dinner, unless stipulated as non-dairy. As such, someone told us about this. She takes one before attending a party and/or an invite...and, while she still is careful of what she eats,...but...she found that this freed her from not having to be overly careful going out and/or enjoying the meals w/ her friends ! So, THANK YOU Pure Encapsulations !!!

I have been taking this supplement for about 6 months. I don’t notice much, but on the occasional day here or there that I have missed it I do notice bloating and discomfort. It is a must for me every day
