I have a minor knee injury from slipping in water off a step causing the hematoma. Needed to ice my knee for a week or so. I wanted something that is soft, not heavy and can bend around the knee. This is perfect!!! It froze within a couple of hours and the strap and fabric are so easy to use. As a plus size woman, I can tell this band will also fit around my waist for my lower back if needed. I have not heated the other one yet. So I can only review the cold. I highly recommend this set!!

Great product for tendinitis. Love that there are 2 inserts so while one is freezing the other can be used. The gel packs fit perfectly into the sleeve and it can wrap around and attach to itself.

Nice value ice packs, however, the pack inserts do not hold cold for very long, but having 2 inserts is good, as well as pretty short refreeze time. Good feature is use hot or cold. More duration of cold therapy would be helpful. Nice quality. Good coverage for knees, elbows, or ankles.

Just what I needed. They're good quality and the price was right... I only wish I had purchased them sooner but I'm so glad I found these. I'm slim and these were perfect for me to we rap around the my lower back to ice an injured rib but if your heavy you may want to purchase the longer version. These fit me with a few inches to spare.

Have used only the cold so far but it works well. The strap holds it in place on my knee and lasts 30 minutes. I would have to get the longer length for lower back.

It’s great. This comes with 2 ice packs. It freezes well and has good ice retention. The strap is long enough and comfortable around my waist. I would recommend this item.
