Superb customer service
Package arrived when promised. I ordered 10 pack & only received 6 colored, missing 4 stainless steel. I received an email from Frijid owner asking about the product. I explained what happened & He not only sent the missing straws, but also the newest color as a token of his appreciation for my patience, with a hand written apology. These straws are awesome & seem to make the beverage taste better. The straw keeps the drink cold from cup to mouth! I will order more Frijid products in the future! Customer service was SUPERB!
